Angeles Community Health has made it very clear that they don’t care about the health of their patients, especially African-American women. I have tried to get my medication for two weeks. I’ve tried to make appointments. They’ve canceled same day and told me it’s because they scheduled me with a pediatrician even though I’m a full grown woman they’ve also given me the runaround saying they’ve called in the medication they know it is my high blood pressure medicine and still they could care less whether I get it or not so my advice would be to stay away. And I dare them to say I’m lying because I have the calls recorded.

The OB department was so wonderful when I started coming in for my recent pregnancy. I even got in to the dentist quickly after one of the visits. So grateful for all the helpful staff and pregnancy counseling.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor’s office. I had a medical emergency and waited an entire week for my appointment, only to never even be seen. There is no parking provided, and finding parking nearby is extremely difficult unless you’re willing to park far away which is not ideal given that the area feels very unsafe to walk in. I ended up missing my appointment entirely just trying to find a place to park. I called the office multiple times with no answer, and when someone finally picked up after several attempts, they were unhelpful and simply said they didn’t know what they could do. Completely unacceptable and very frustrating experience.

Got my wisdom teeth extracted at this place and they did a good job, I was in and out fairly quickly. I would recommend this place for this reason, just a heads up make sure to book an appointment before coming here to save some time. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Maricruz she’s one of the receptionist at this clinic and she helped me with my paperwork and everything thank you! I would definitely comeback to this place because of her she’s great!

This clinic has been my primary care provider for over 6yrs now. And I always find myself feeling powerless, & anxious when I leave this place. You’re at the mercy of these medical professionals – the people who are supposed to be experts – and refuse to listen to you or explain things, It’s the worse feeling ever. As a patient, I deserve to be treated with respect and appropriate compassion. I am entitled to clear, understandable communication from the people providing medical care. Doctors are supposed to be in the line of work of helping people. With this profession comes a lot of responsibility. The medical field is not supposed to be simply diagnosing a problem, handing out a few pills, and moving on to the next patient. It means much more. It means being a physician, and a physician means being a healer. I think it’s important for them to remember why they’ve entered the field in the first place; if it’s because they sincerely want to help people. Next time, kindly tell your patient the issue its far outside your clinical practice and training. And NOT use Google. Because, if that was the case I could’ve saved myself the trip to the clinic and just Google it myself from the
